Pirates | Pedro Alvarez might be able to play Monday

Pittsburgh Pirates 3B Pedro Alvarez (cramps) left the game Sunday, July 1, against the St. Louis Cardinals due to right leg cramps. "I felt it coming out of the (batter's) box," Alvarez said. He is likely to be able to play Monday, July 2, against the Houston Astros.
