Raiders | Darrius Heyward-Bey trial set

Oakland Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey is due back in court July 23 as a result of his being charged with driving under the influence. Heyward-Bey was arrested and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and one count of driving while having a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, in the early morning hours April 7.
