The Boston Red Sox could decide to trade C Kelly Shoppach this summer, which would lead to a call-up for C Ryan Lavarnway. "I wouldn't be surprised if they move (Shoppach)," one executive said. "I'm not saying it'll be in the next week, but sometime."
