San Francisco Giants RP Santiago Casilla is not available Wednesday, June 27, after pitching four of the last five days. Casilla locked down the save Tuesday, June 26, after blowing his last save chance Sunday, June 24. "He's a tough guy and he's been through rough outings," manager Bruce Bochy said. "He can handle it, and I'm not surprised to see him get it done." Bochy said Casilla was overthrowing his secondary pitches in his poor outing Sunday.
