Cincinnati Bengals WR Jordan Shipley (knee) is a candidate to start the season on the Physically-Unable-to-Perform (PUP) list. Shipley is also not a candidate for the No. 2 wide receiver job, but he is battling WRs Andrew Hawkins and Mohamed Sanu for the slot job.
