Giants | Jacquian Williams could see time on passing downs

New York Giants LB Jacquian Williams could be in field at outside linebacker during passing downs this season because of his quickness and pass coverage. Williams would take over for LB Mathias Kiwanuka in passing situation because Kiwanuka would move to defensive ends in those situations.
