Pirates | Jeff Karstens last seven innings in rehab outing

Pittsburgh Pirates SP Jeff Karstens (hip, shoulder) allowed one earned run, six hits and a walk while striking out five batters in a win Tuesday, June 19, in his minor-league rehab start for Double-A Altoona. The team is expecting him back sometime around July 1.
