Updating a previous report, the five-year deal for Tennessee Titans FS Michael Griffin could reach $36 million with incentives. According to a source, Griffin received a $9 million signing bonus. His deal also calls for $2.5 million in base salary guaranteed for skill, injury and cap in 2012. In 2013, he has $3.5 million guaranteed for injury, skill and cap on fifth year of league year. There is also a $1 million roster bonus due on the 15th day of the league year. For 2014, there is a base salary of $6.2 million, in 2015 the base salary is $6.3 million and in 2016, the base salary is $6.5 million. He can reach a $400,000 incentive if he makes two Pro Bowls in the first four years of the deal, and $1 million if he reaches the Pro Bowl three times in the first four years of the contract.
