Ravens | More on Haloti Ngata
Baltimore Ravens DL Haloti Ngata (thigh) is fully recovered from a deep thigh bruise which limited him down the stretch, and he has bulked up in preparation for the season. Ngata had no sacks after Thanksgiving last season, and he posted just three total tackles in two playoff games. "I just didn't feel that strong. So, I think a little bit this year I'm going to probably try to get up on the weight a little bit just to help me with some of that power. I think being a little bit lighter kind of made me lose some of that power."
