Dolphins | David Garrard in mix for QB job

Miami Dolphins QB David Garrard (back) reportedly appeared crisp in organized team activities (OTAs), and he has done extra work to strengthen the muscles in his back following surgery. Garrard is not considered a long-term option at quarterback, but he could very well win the three-way battle with QBs Matt Moore and Ryan Tannehill if he proves to be durable.
