Giants | David Diehl arrested

New York police said New York Giants OT David Diehl has been charged with driving while intoxicated. Police received calls about a vehicle accident in Queens in the evening of Sunday, June 10. When they got there, they found a BMW had struck several parked cars along 35th Avenue. Diehl was behind the wheel. He was charged after a Breathalyzer test allegedly showed he was above the legal limit.
