Colorado Rockies SP Jeff Francis started his second tour with the team Saturday, June 9, against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and his start was a rocky one, pun totally intended. He was touched up for eight earned runs, 10 hits and a walk in just 3 1/3 innings.
