Indians | Carlos Santana activated

The Cleveland Indians activated C Carlos Santana (concussion) from the disabled list Tuesday, June 5, and he's serving as the designated hitter and batting cleanup. INF Juan Diaz was optioned to Double-A Akron in a corresponding move.
