Cardinals | Carlos Martinez update

St. Louis Cardinals SP Carlos Martinez (shoulder) reported no pain after a 10-minute long toss session last week and threw a flat-ground session the following day. He'll throw a bullpen session early this week and will throw a simulated game in about week as well. If all goes well, he could make his Double-A debut in the middle of the month.
