Browns | Expect Brandon Weeden to start

Cleveland Browns general manager Tom Heckert said he expects QB Brandon Weeden to be the team's starting quarterback this year over QB Colt McCoy. "The best guy is going to play and we fully expect Brandon to be that guy," Heckert said.
