Bengals | Armon Binns, Brandon Tate battling for No. 2 WR job?

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said last week on NFL's Total Access that if the season started tomorrow, WRs Armon Binns and Brandon Tate would be competing to line up as the team's second receiver opposite WR A.J. Green.
