Lions | Rob Sims adds weight this offseason

Detroit Lions offensive line coach George Yarno said OG Rob Sims added 20 pounds this offseason so he could be a little stronger and firmer in run and pass blocking. Sims weighed 300 pounds last season but Yarno would like to see him play at 315 pounds to 320 pounds.
