Redskins | Chase Minnifield believes he is close to 100 percent

Washington Redskins CB Chase Minnifield (knee) said he believes he is close to 100 percent after undergoing microfracture surgery earlier this offseason. Minnifield was held out of some of the drills during the team's rookie minicamp as a precaution.
