The New England Patriots agreed to terms with free-agent RB Joseph Addai (Colts) Saturday, May 5. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Fantasy Tip: Addai joins a crowded New England backfield and this one will take some time to shake out -- if it ever does. The Patriots are no strangers to running a committee approach, and Addai very well could be one of many options the Pats march out during the course of a game. For now, view his value as a low-end No. 4 running back. Even if he does take over as the lead back, his injury history makes him a liability.
