Giants | Pablo Sandoval suffers injury, leaves game

San Francisco Giants 3B Pablo Sandoval (hand) exited after his sixth-inning at-bat, a groundout to third base, Wednesday, May 2, against the Miami Marlins. He had severe pain in his left hand. "There's a lot of concern here. We know what this guy means to our offense, our ballclub," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. More details are expected Thursday, May 3, when Sandoval is re-evaluated.
