Giants | Have made offers to Osi Umenyiora

New York Giants general manager Jerry Reese said the team has met contract extension offers to DE Osi Umenyiora each of the last two seasons but the two sides have not reached an agreement. Reese did not rule out the possibility of trading Umenyiora if something is not worked out.
