Jaguars | Banks Still Possible

Bart Hubbuch reports for the Florida Times-Union Jacksonville Jaguars coach Tom Coughlin said the team could still sign free agent QB Tony Banks (Redskins) as their No. 2 QB. The team wants him to be healthy before they sign him. Banks had surgery on his passing hand and won't be clear to throw again for at least two weeks.
