Yankees | Curt Schilling offers optimism for Michael Pineda

Former SP Curt Schilling, who suffered a torn anterior labrum in his right shoulder, said New York Yankees SP Michael Pineda (shoulder) could be back in less than a year and be even better than before. "He can be back better than he has ever been in 10 months," said Schilling. "Maybe less, because he is younger. It is going to be 100 percent on him." Dr. Craig D. Morgan thinks Pineda could be pitching in six to eight months, but a lot will have to do with his work ethic in his rehab.
