Yankees | Phil Hughes may keep job when Andy Pettitte returns

New York Yankees SP Phil Hughes may have an edge over SP Freddy Garcia in terms of keeping his rotation spot when SP Andy Pettitte joins the team because the Yankees consider Hughes a starter and were pleased with his pitching in spring training. However, one scout does not think Hughes should be a starter and should be used as reliever that can pitch two innings.
