Colts | Hammering deal with Andrew Luck before draft will be difficult

Although the Indianapolis Colts have reportedly informed Stanford QB Andrew Luck they will take him in the NFL Draft, it will be very difficult for the team and Luck to secure a contract agreement prior to the draft. The rookie pool numbers won't be known until after the draft, so allocating the exact contract figures and negotiating a contract would be "quite difficult," according to a source who would be involved in the process.
