Cardinals | Four ERFAs sign tenders

The Arizona Cardinals have announced exclusive rights free-agent QB Richard Bartel, RB Alfonso Smith, DE Ron Talley and LB Brandon Williams have signed their one-year tender offers. Each will make $540,000 this season.
