49ers | Scott Tolzien will receive chance to move up depth chart

San Francisco 49ers QB Scott Tolzien said he has been told by general manager Trent Baalke and head coach Jim Harbaugh that he will receive a fair chance to move up the depth chart during offseason workouts and training camp. Tolzien is currently fourth on the depth chart behind QBs Alex Smith, Colin Kaepernick and Josh X. Johnson.
