Indians | Johnny Damon likely to need time to get in shape

Cleveland Indians OF Johnny Damon, who said he has been hitting, running, throwing and playing soccer, will likely need time to get into baseball shape by taking at-bats in extended spring games. Manager Manny Acta didn't give a timetable for when Damon would be ready to play in the majors. Damon could give the Tribe another option in left field to share time with OF Shelley Duncan.
