Cincinnati Bengals LB Thomas Howard led the team in tackles last year with 120 filling in for LB Keith Rivers (wrist). As a result, trading Rivers to the New York Giants became a viable option. The Bengals will rely on LBs Vincent Rey and Dontay Moch to back up Howard.
