Athletics | Joey Devine has Tommy John surgery

Oakland Athletics RP Joey Devine (elbow) underwent Tommy John surgery for the second time Tuesday, April 10. He's expected back in 12 to 18 months. Devine's ulnar nerve was buried and needed to be removed. Also, his flexor tendon was cleaned up during the procedure.
