Diamondbacks | Make roster moves

The Arizona Diamondbacks optioned 3B Cody Ransom to Triple-A Reno Wednesday, April 4, and also sent P Michael Zagurski, C Ryan Budde and OF A.J. Pollock to Reno. SS Stephen Drew (ankle) and RP Takashi Saito (undisclosed) were placed on the disabled list.
