The Kansas City Royals optioned Ps Louis Coleman and Jeremy Jeffress to Triple-A Omaha Thursday, March 29, and assigned Ps Francisley Bueno and Tommy Hottovy, 3B Kevin Kouzmanoff and C Max Ramirez to minor league camp.
