Jets | Bart Scott expected to return

New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan thinks LB Bart Scott will return to the team this year. Ryan said Scott has dropped weight in the offseason, something that Ryan thinks will make Scott faster. New York has had trouble trying to trade Scott because his $4.2 million salary is guaranteed.
