Texans | Three More Signed

Houston Texans.com reports the team has signed stree free agent LBs Shane Elam and Jason Lamar and PK James Tuthill. Elam played in four games for San Francisco as a rookie this past season, Elam played in four games for San Francisco as a rookie this past season and Tuthill was waived by the 49ers in training camp and spent one week on Green Bay’s roster during the 2001 season.
