Seahawks | Matt Flynn agrees to terms
The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to terms with free-agent QB Matt Flynn (Packers) to a three-year deal worth as much as $26 million. The deal includes $10 million in guaranteed money.
Fantasy Tip: Flynn, presumably, will battle in training camp with Tarvaris Jackson, a Pete Carroll favorite, for the starting job. The former Green Bay Packer is a better natural passer than Jackson is, but he will have to learn a new offense, albeit a similar one to what he ran in Green Bay. Don't get too excited based on his one monster game, but he has potential to be a low-end backup if Seattle's weapons can step up.
