Oakland Raiders CB Ron Bartell, who signed with the team Friday, March 16, said that he has recovered completely from the season-ending neck injury he suffered in the 2011 opener. "I'm looking forward to stabilizing the position for Oakland and showing everybody how effective I can be when I'm healthy," Bartell said.
