Colorado Rockies P Zach Putnam (elbow) pitched in a minor league game Friday, March 16. He had been sidelined for a week with elbow tenderness. If Putnam responds well Saturday, March 17, he will re-join the competition for two remaining bullpen spots, but another setback might knock him out of the race.
