Updating a previous report, the deal between the Washington Redskins and WR Joshua Morgan is for $5.5 million to sign, $1.8 million in base salary for 2012, which is fully guaranteed, and then for $3.8 million in base salary in 2013, and another $900,000 in bonuses.
