Bengals | Three free agents receive tender offers

The Cincinnati Bengals have extended tender offers to restricted free-agents LS Clark Harris, LB Dan Skuta and exclusive-rights free-agent S Jeromy Miles. Harris would require a seventh-round draft pick as compensation, while Skuta was an undrafted rookie free agent so no compensation would be required to Cincinnati if he departed.
