New York Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum said the team expects QB Mark Sanchez to continue to improve after awarding him a contract extension Friday, March 9. "We don't have blinders on," Tannenbaum said. "It has to get better, and we think it will. We're excited and encouraged by the trajectory of Mark's career."
