Giants | Freddy Sanchez works out

San Francisco Giants 2B Freddy Sanchez (back) resumed workouts Wednesday, Feb. 29, doing baserunning drills, taking ground balls and throwing to first base. However, he has yet to take part in team activities this spring. The team hopes he'll play in spring games in the second week.
