Toronto Blue Jays RP Jesse Litsch (shoulder), who was trying to compete for a rotation spot with Ps Carlos Villanueva, Luis Perez and Rick VandenHurk, will likely begin the year with Triple-A Las Vegas after developing shoulder stiffness.
