Nationals | Ryan Zimmerman signs contract extension

The Washington Nationals have signed 3B Ryan Zimmerman to a six-year contract extension worth $100 million, which will keep him with the team through the 2019 season. The deal also includes a full no-trade clause and a club option for $24 million. Zimmerman has two years and $26 million remaining on his current contract.
