Colorado Rockies 1B Jason Giambi benefitted from training with SS Troy Tulowitzki, OF Dexter Fowler and 3B Nolan Arenado during the offseason. The crew pushed him harder than normal, and he dropped 10 pounds, leaving him at 235.
