With Cleveland Indians OF Grady Sizemore (back) unlikely to start on opening day, OFs Shelley Duncan, Aaron Cunningham, Ryan Spilborghs, Fred Lewis and Felix Pie could all be options to play left field, with OF Michael Brantley shifting over to center field.
