Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith said Thursday, Feb. 23, that impending free-agent TE Kellen Davis has the tools to be a featured tight end in the offense. "I think if you want to feature Kellen Davis you can do that," Smith said. "Great size, great in-line blocked, skilled enough of an athlete to be able to move outside and do some things. I really like him."
