Bills | Not much expected from Shawne Merriman in 2012

Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey said Thursday, Feb. 23, that he isn't expecting much of a contribution from LB Shawne Merriman (Achilles') in 2012. "I don't know," Gailey said. "I mean, the setback was not good. Now how far does he have to go? I don't even know how far back he is, and I don't know how far he has to go. I don't where those two ends are. He got hurt again. So now we're back to square one or below square one maybe."
