Joe Gibbs Racing | Kyle Busch swerves way to Shootout win
Joe Gibbs Racing driver Kyle Busch ended up winning the 2012 Budweiser Shootout Saturday, Feb. 18, despite wrecking the front end of his Toyota earlier in the night. On the final lap, Busch pulled a slingshot pass of Stewart-Haas Racing driver Tony Stewart to win in a thrilling race. In fact, Busch was sideways on a number of occasions, and ended up wrecking Hendrick Motorsports driver Jeff Gordon unintentionally late in a heated battle for position. It was the first time a Toyota has been driven to Victory Lane in the Shootout.
