Jaguars | Have started contract talks with Josh Scobee

The Jacksonville Jaguars have begun talks with impending free-agent PK Josh Scobee about a new contract. The two sides would like to work out a long-term contract but the team could place the franchise tag on him if an agreement can't be reached.
