CFL | Noel Devine signs with Montreal
Free-agent RB Noel Devine (Eagles), and former West Virginia standout, signed Friday, Feb. 10, with the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The Alouettes also signed former NFL players WR Felton Huggins (Bills), DL Mike Montgomery (Packers) and SS DaJuan Morgan (Jets), along with two others.
